The Auburn University College of Agriculture will kick off another season of fresh, locally grown produce and handcrafted goods when The Market at Ag Heritage Park opens Thursday, May 21. The weekly farmers market will continue each Thursday through Aug. 6 from 3-6 p.m. at Ag Heritage Park on the Auburn campus.

Hosted by the College of Agriculture, The Market is an open-air, growers-only farmers market featuring vendors from across the region offering fresh fruits and vegetables, herbs, ornamental plants, cut flowers and locally produced goods. Shoppers also can find baked goods, jams and jellies, honey, candles, soaps, pickles, tamales, goat cheese, sourdough bread and more.

The Market at Ag Heritage Park ensures that all vendors are true farmers and producers from surrounding counties, helping connect local consumers directly with local growers and artisans.

Returning vendors for the 2026 season include Hook’s Produce, Well’s Produce, Bryce Farms, The Corn Man, CircleM Farms, Flowers to Bless, Hale Farms, Granite Knoll Farm, Tuskegee Organic Farm and many others. Weekly offerings will vary throughout the season based on crop availability.

The Market is held across the pond from the pavilion at Ag Heritage Park, located at 580-B South Donahue Drive. Visitors can look for the two silos near the Edward L. Lowder Red Barn, with parking available on the right before reaching the barn. It is free and open to the public and will be held rain or shine unless severe weather poses a danger to vendors and customers.

More information, including a complete vendor list and directions, is available on the market website. For more information contact Associate Director Max Cavassa
