The Auburn University College of Human Sciences’ Cary Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies will feature Caryn Terradas, CEO of Social U, in a virtual program, titled “Social Media Strategies for Nonprofits,” which will take place on Thursday, October 12, 2023, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm CST via Zoom. With more than 22 years of professional experience, Caryn Terradas has successfully built and positioned brands, developed and executed digital strategies, and led a marketing team. A holistic marketer, Caryn seeks to achieve results by combining the optimal mix of marketing channels. Detail-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture of the organization’s goals and efforts, Caryn effectively positions businesses and organizations for growth and success. Caryn is an in-demand speaker and influencer known for her friendly, frank conversational style in presenting complex social media marketing information in informative and enlightening ways.

The Cary Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies is an academic center in Auburn University’s College of Human Sciences with a focus on financial wellness, philanthropy engagement, and nonprofit studies. The Cary Center inspires its participants to discover their purpose through learning, giving, and growing while empowering all generations to leave an enduring legacy. The Community and Collegiate division of the Cary Center provides capacity-building resources to nonprofits to include educational programming, professional development, and networking.
