College of Nursing offering Perinatal Education Series

The College of Nursing will be offering a Perinatal Education Series — education on mom and baby as they grow together — on Jan. 20. The free program will be held at the college, 710 S. Donahue Drive, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

There are two classes offered simultaneously. Class 1 will focus on pregnancy to birth, helping mothers and support persons better understand pregnancy, labor and birth. Class 2 will focus on birth to one year and keeping mom and baby healthy.
