New Policy Database Launched

Auburn University’s Policy Database has migrated from SharePoint to Access Compliance EDU, a cloud-based policy management database. The new database will provide a more streamlined process for viewing and managing policies. To view university policies, please visit auburn.edu/policies.

As a result of this migration, the previous SharePoint policy database has been taken offline, and the old policy links no longer work. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Please update policy links you may have on your website, in documents, email templates, and in your browser bookmarks. A spreadsheet containing the new policy URLs may be found at aub.ie/policyurls.  

Users with roles in the policy review and approval process will receive training in the upcoming months.
