A Michigan State University graduate, Arnold began her career in development as a student annual fund caller. After graduation, she became the director of annual giving at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, before transitioning to the role of director of parent giving and major gifts at Belmont University in Nashville. Arnold’s tenure at Auburn began in 2012 as a development officer in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. Her work led to her being promoted to assistant director of development, director of development and ultimately to her most recent role as senior director.
Arnold’s tenure has been distinguished by her remarkable achievements in fundraising, notably leading her team to secure more than $30 million for the college in each of the past four fiscal years. Beyond her fundraising ability, Arnold is passionate about nurturing and empowering her team, fostering an environment where employees flourish in their current capacities while also preparing emerging leaders for further growth and responsibilities.
As associate vice president, Arnold will play a pivotal role in steering Auburn’s philanthropic initiatives, cultivating meaningful partnerships and championing causes that resonate with Auburn Advancement’s values and mission.
