Two weeks ago, it was announced that Uprise would soon launch new digital resources for eligible employees of Auburn and AUM, along with their dependents. Auburn University Human Resources is pleased to announce that these resources are now live. As a reminder, many of these resources are available through a new wellbeing app/digital program that allows users to:  

  • Take wellbeing assessments.  

  • Access relevant courses and webinars.  

  • Work with health coaches to set and achieve health and wellbeing goals. (See below.)

How to Download the App/Digital Program 

Via Mobile App: 

  • Download the iPhone or the Android app. 

  • Create an account using the access code, AUBURN. 

Via Desktop: 

  • Go to the Uprise website. 

  • Create an account using the access code, AUBURN. 

Coaching and Therapy Sessions  

Coaching sessions that focus on personal growth, coping skills and stress management are now available through Uprise. In most cases, these sessions will be phone calls that last about 30 minutes.   

Therapy sessions will continue to be offered via phone, video or in person if covered on an AU health plan. These sessions focus more on treatment and healing, and normally last about 50 minutes.

Usage of the Uprise digital resources and coaching sessions are free, completely confidential and available 24/7.  Services are available to Auburn employees and their dependents. To learn more:
