The College of Education Building along West Samford Avenue and Duncan Drive.

West Samford Avenue and Duncan Drive are scheduled for several improvements this summer.

Additional summer construction projects will begin this week in conjunction with the College of Education Building and STEM + Agricultural Sciences Complex.

A section of West Samford Avenue will be closed May 16-July 1 for asphalt paving and crossing installations. New sidewalks, curbs and gutters will also be built on a portion of Duncan Drive, and parallel parking spaces will transition to a pedestrian pathway to facilitate construction. A lane shift will occur, and signage will be posted along the roadway.

A section of P.O. Davis Drive also will be closed May 16-July 9 for utility work.
