Aspire Auburn is our university’s new leadership development program created to build leaders who are enabled, inspired and equipped to achieve their full leadership potential. Aspire Auburn will reinforce our values-based culture and maintain our status as a premier institution. 

Who is Aspire Auburn for?

Aspire Auburn promotes personal and professional development. It is for all employees with specific programs for: 

  • Leading Self (Available early fall 2024)
  • Leading People (Available early spring 2025)
  • Leading Teams (Available early spring 2026)
  • Leading the Organization (Underway)

Aspire Auburn will equip leaders at all levels with the tools needed to succeed as employees, supervisors, faculty leaders, directors or executives at Auburn University. 

Why Aspire Auburn?

How Does it Work?

Each program incorporates Aspire Auburn core values and leadership principles derived from the Auburn Creed. Values such as excellence, integrity and respect are at the heart of this effort.  

Classes for each program will cover leadership competencies, self-assessments and more. There will be a keynote/graduation, and continuing education recommendations for sustained growth and development.  At the completion of each program, participants will earn a badge and certificate, highlighting their commitment to excellence and growth.
