Auburn University Libraries will hold its Savvy Researcher Boot Camp, online via Zoom, on Saturday, Sept. 14, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. The daylong event is designed for graduate students who want to take their research skills to a higher level. Whether students are interested in learning how to locate scholarly sources in their field, write a literature review, design a conference poster, manage data, or organize citations, the Savvy Researcher workshops will help them become better, more effective, researchers.
A special lunchtime program will feature Daria LaTorre, J.D., Vice Provost for Strategic Initiatives and Chief Online Learning Officer (Duquesne University), who will lead an interactive discussion on the ethical and legal aspects of the use of artificial intelligence in higher education. Interested faculty, as well as graduate students, are invited.
