Leading Self enrollment tops 900 employees

Aspire Auburn is a new leadership development program created to build leaders who are enabled, inspired, and equipped to achieve their full leadership potential. 

Aspire Auburn reinforces our values-based culture and demonstrates our commitment to fostering the growth and leadership of all our employees. Since July,  929 AU family members have enrolled in the Leading Self program, the introductory level of Aspire Auburn, with 117 employee graduates.

The program is a free benefit for all Auburn employees, offering an unparalleled opportunity to unlock their leadership potential.
