Optional instructional make-up dates announced

Following the weather events during Jan. 21-23, 2025 and in alignment with the university's Academic Contingency Policies, the following dates have been identified as optional instructional make-up days:

• Saturday, Feb. 15
• Saturday, Feb. 22
• Saturday, March 1

Faculty have full discretion over how their course content is delivered and can utilize one, two or all of these dates for impacted courses. Faculty planning to use any make-up days must inform their students and communicate their specific plans to their departmental head/chair and associate dean.
