First two cohorts complete Aspire Auburn's Leading People program

The Aspire Auburn Leadership Development Program is celebrating the successful completion of the first two cohorts of its newest offering, Leading People.  

Over the past six weeks, 53 directors, managers and faculty leaders dedicated more than 30 hours to strengthening their leadership skills. 

Through peer circles and guided discussions, participants explored the foundations of effective leadership, including defining leadership, understanding Auburn’s Core Values, distinguishing between being a boss and a leader and navigating organizational change.
