Supervisors invited to join upcoming Leading People cohorts

Supervisors are invited to join Aspire Auburn's newest Leading People cohorts. The next Leading People program session will begin on Tuesday, April 8 for Cohorts 7 and 8 and Thursday, April 10 for Cohort 10. These cohorts will conclude with a graduation celebration on Friday, May 16.

Leading People is designed for supervisors, including those who oversee student and/or temporary employees. Program participants will gain essentials skills for empowering, enabling, encouraging and developing others while focusing on the university’s core values of commitment to excellence, integrity and respect. (While highly encouraged, supervisors are not required to complete the Leading Self program prior to enrolling in this session.)  All Aspire leadership development programs (including Leading People) are free to university employees.
