The Search Committee for the position of dean of the College of Agriculture and director of the Alabama Agricultural Experiment Station has identified four finalists who will each participate in a series of on-campus interviews and campus-wide open forums (hosted in person and via Zoom) to describe the state of agriculture, their qualifications for the position and their vision/strategy for the future of the college and Experiment Station.

The campus-wide open forums will be held at the Center for Advanced Science, Innovation and Commerce (CASIC) building in the Research Park, room 109, on the following days and times (all CST):

Candidate A: Monday, May 19, 2:15-3:15 p.m.

Candidate B: Wednesday, May 21, 1:15-2:15 p.m.

Candidate C: Wednesday, May 28, 1:15-2:15 p.m.

Candidate D: Monday, June 2, 2:15 -3:15 p.m.

Candidate information, including letters of interest, CVs, Zoom links and evaluation survey forms, will be posted to the search website two business days before each forum (AU login required). All members of the campus community are invited to participate in the open forums and submit candidate evaluation forms.

Evaluation forms will remain open until Thursday, June 5 at noon CST.
