77 supervisors complete Leading People program

The latest graduation in Aspire Auburn's Leading People program took place on May 16, with 77 supervisors celebrating their accomplishment. Since the program's inception in January, a total of 263 supervisor graduates have successfully completed the program.

Fall Offerings

Seats are still available for the fall offerings of Leading People, which begin on Aug. 5. This program is designed for individuals currently supervising one or more people, including TES and student employees. Employees can enroll at aub.ie/leadingpeople.

New Program Expansion

Starting in spring, the Leading People program will be available to all Auburn employees. Those who would like to participate and do not currently supervise employees must complete the Leading Self program, which is always open for enrollment in ElevatED.

Leading Self offers a foundational leadership experience for all employees with a focus on Auburn's core values of integrity, respect and commitment to excellence.

Summer Update for Human Resource Development

The Human Resource Development team will take a break from conducting Aspire Auburn classes this summer to focus on program and process improvements while also finalizing the curriculum for the next Aspire Program-Leading Teams.
