Spirit of Excellence Award: Nominate a colleague who inspires you

The Spirit of Excellence Award recognizes Auburn employees who go above and beyond in their roles. 

Each month, up to four employees are selected for this prestigious recognition, in the categories of Service/Maintenance, Office Administration, Technical and Administrative/Professional. This award celebrates employees who exceed expectations, deliver outstanding service and contribute to a culture of excellence at Auburn. 

Honorees receive a Spirit of Excellence cup, an American flag pin, a quality writing pen and a certificate signed by President Christopher B. Roberts and Associate Vice President of Human Resoures Karla McCormick. Their accomplishments are also highlighted in Auburn News, and they become eligible for the Employee of the Year Award, presented at the annual Employee Recognition Program. 

Students, coworkers, supervisors and even community members can nominate an employee. Nominations are accepted throughout the year.
