Phi Delta Theta honored Auburn's Lady Cox with the 2025 Campus Professional of the Year Award at the fraternity's 85th Biennial Convention, highlighting her extraordinary contributions to students, Greek Life and the advancement of higher education.
Across North America, the Phi Delta Theta strives to be a positive force not only within its chapters but also within the broader campus communities. This vision is made possible by strong partnerships with college and university administrators who support and guide students every step of the way.
Among those distinguished professionals, Cox stands out as a true champion of student success. As associate vice president for Student Affairs, she oversees a wide array of student-focused areas, including Greek Life, First Year Experience, Student Involvement and Student Counseling and Psychological Services.
Her leadership has elevated Auburn’s student life by fostering unity among these programs and maintaining a clear focus on the holistic development of students.
To the brothers of Alabama Beta Chapter at Auburn, Cox has been more than an administrator; she has been a trusted advocate, mentor and partner. Her unwavering support has helped the chapter thrive through a culture rooted in accountability, leadership and inclusion. Whether through policy guidance, one-on-one mentorship or simply showing up, Cox consistently empowers students to live out their values and lead with purpose.
The Campus Professional of the Year Award was presented to Cox by Cameron MacRae, president of the Alabama Beta, as a heartfelt thank you for her enduring support and influence.
Cox's work exemplifies the role campus professionals play in shaping meaningful student experiences, and Phi Delta Theta is proud to recognize her as a model of servant leadership in higher education.
