Government-issued ID required for OIT support starting Aug. 11

Beginning Monday, Aug. 11, the OIT Service Desk will only accept a physical government-issued identification, such as a driver’s license, passport or state-issued ID, when assisting with account-related questions.
TigerCards, mobile IDs and photos of IDs will not be accepted. Please have the physical card with you when contacting the OIT Service Desk.
