The Provost Office has launched an internal search for an interim dean of the Graduate School, a key leadership role that will help guide the university’s graduate education efforts during a transitional period.
The interim dean will begin service on Oct. 1, and will serve until a permanent dean is appointed. Reporting to the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, the interim dean will play a vital role in advancing Auburn’s strategic goals, supporting graduate and professional students and collaborating with academic units to enhance current and emerging graduate programs.

Interested faculty are invited to submit a statement of interest and a current CV to Angela Wiley, associate provost for institutional effectiveness, by Aug. 29. The selection process will include interviews with a Search Advisory Committee and key stakeholders, with final selection made by the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs.
