Upcoming enhancements to AU Access

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance and simplify AU Access, the way you access certain “Personal Information” tools are being updated. 

What’s changing? 
Beginning Friday, Sept. 5, the Personal Information menu links under “Personal Information” will move to a new home in AU Access. 

These tools include: 

• Update Addresses and Phones 

• View/Update Emergency Contacts 

• View Email Address 

• Name Change Information 

This update makes it easier to find and manage your information in one central location. For step-by-step instructions, visit aub.ie/personalinfo.
