Nominate outstanding coworkers through Auburn’s Spirit of Excellence program

The Spirit of Excellence (SOE) program is a way to recognize coworkers who go above and beyond in their roles at Auburn. 

To nominate a coworker, visit the SOE website. Nominations are particularly being sought in the areas of service/maintenance, office administration and technical.

Employees are also encouraged to:

• Encourage others on their team to submit nominations.
• Talk about the program in meetings or group chats.
• Take a moment to appreciate someone’s hard work.
