Registration for Auburn University’s 2026 Aspire Leadership Development programs—Leading People and Leading Teams—opens on Monday, Nov. 3. These are two high-impact professional development opportunities that continue to strengthen Auburn’s culture of leadership and commitment to excellence.
- Leading People equips supervisors, managers, and above with essential skills to communicate effectively, build team collaboration, and support employee growth.
- Leading Teams, designed for Directors, Department Chairs, and above, builds on those foundations to help leaders guide their team(s) and align departmental goals with the university’s strategic priorities.
Each program is intentionally limited in size to ensure meaningful interaction and personalized learning. Previous sessions have reached capacity quickly, underscoring the Auburn family’s strong interest in leadership development and engagement.
In addition to Leading People and Leading Teams, all university employees are encouraged to complete the Leading Self program, designed for any Auburn team member aspiring to become a better leader. Leading Self can be accessed in the ElevatED Employee Education Center via AU Access.
All programs are offered through HR Development as part of the Aspire Leadership Development framework, which supports Auburn’s commitment to empowering leaders at every level. Details, session dates, and registration information are available on the Aspire Auburn website at aub.ie/aspire.
