Effective today, Auburn University has launched iCIMS, a cloud-based hiring platform that will change how the university recruits, connects with, onboards and grows talent.
The new system, which replaces PeopleAdmin, supports all employee types and is designed to provide a smoother, more transparent and more efficient hiring and onboarding experience for applicants and supervisors. Applicants can access iCIMS at jobs.auburn.edu, and hiring users can access the system at aub.ie/icims or through AU Access beginning Tuesday. A dedicated website is also available with additional information about the new system.
Important to note
- With the launch of iCIMS, PeopleAdmin will be gradually retired over the coming weeks. Additional information about the transition is available on the website.
- During the transition, applicants may be temporarily unable to view the status of their applications. Departments will contact applicants directly if important updates are needed.
- Search committee members and hiring managers who need information about active searches should contact the HR manager or specialist assigned to their unit.
- Employees who want copies of materials submitted through PeopleAdmin, such as résumés, cover letters or other documents, should log in at www.auemployment.com and select “Your Applications” to download and save their files. Employees are strongly encouraged to do this by March 16.
