Seated attendees

The Oral Communication Summer Institute will be held over two weeks at the end of July. In-person sessions are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 20 and 21. Participants are required to attend both days of in-person meetings and subsequently review and rate oral communication artifacts independently and collaboratively with a partner during the remaining days. All review data must be submitted by the end of the day on July 31, when a debrief meeting will also be held. A light breakfast, beginning at 8:30 a.m., and lunch will be provided on the first two days of the institute. If selected to participate, attendees must confirm their availability for both in-person training days and commit to completing the assigned work on time. Participants will receive $1000 (subject to tax, etc.) in the second bi-weekly pay period of August after attending both training days and completing assigned work, paid through an AU z-job (UPO-10 or HR-12 based on job category).

To be considered, please fill out the online registration form. Spots are limited, and submitting the form does not ensure you will be invited to join. Positions will be given to those who register earliest.
