Auburn pharmacy faculty with Dr. Kristi Kelley (fourth from left) after receiving her award.

Dr. Kristi Kelley, clinical professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice, received the Anne Marie Liles Distinguished Service Award on July 18 at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmay (AACP) Meeting in Grapevine, Texas.

The award is presented by the AACP Pharmacy Practice Section and recognizes a member who has been in academia for 20 or more years for his/her commitment to the mission and objectives of the AACP Pharmacy Practice Section and contributions to AACP in general.

Kelley is a 1999 and 2000 graduate of the Harrison College of Pharmacy and has been on faculty since 2001. She practices as a clinical pharmacist at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham.

The award is extra special as it is named in honor of Dr. Anne Marie Liles, a true member of the Auburn Pharmacy Family. A graduate of the Class of 2005, she sadly passed in 2018.
