Employee Engagement Survey begins Nov. 4

Beginning Nov. 4, all full-time faculty, staff and A&P employees will have the opportunity to take part in Auburn's Employee Engagement Survey.

This is a confidential survey that is being administered by McLean & Company, an independent research firm. In the survey, employees will have the opportunity to share their opinions and views regarding Auburn’s programs and practices. These results will be shared with campus and used to evaluate how well Auburn is meeting the needs of employees and how future programs can be improved.

On Nov. 4, employees received a survey from the email address survey@mcleanco.com. The survey should not be forwarded as it is unique to the recipient's respective email address. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The deadline to complete the survey is Nov. 18.

IMPORTANT: Employees without computer access during working hours can reach out to their HR Liaison or department/supervisor if they need assistance with accessing the survey.

As a third-party provider, McLean & Company will ensure the confidentiality of responses. McLean & Company will only share aggregate results of the survey with Auburn leadership and not individual responses.
