On March 2, Auburn University will launch iCIMS, a cloud‑based hiring platform that will transform how we recruit, connect with, onboard, and grow talent at Auburn. This new system will support all employee types and will create a smoother, more transparent, and more efficient hiring and onboarding experience for applicants and supervisors.

A dedicated website has been created to offer information about the new system, including FAQs addressing current applications and active searches. The site will be updated regularly with the latest details.

Following the launch of iCIMS, PeopleAdmin will be gradually retired over the coming weeks. Additional information regarding the transition will be provided on the website.
